These terms apply to abadaoc.com, the website of ABADÁ-Capoeira Orange County, a capoeira school in Fountain Valley, California. By using this website or opting in to our text-message reminders, you agree to the terms below.

Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our classes, book a free trial, and contact us. Please provide accurate information when you fill out a form, and don't use the site to submit false bookings or to disrupt the service for others.

Text message (SMS) program terms

When you book a free trial class, you may opt in to receive a text-message reminder by checking the SMS consent box on the booking form. Opting in is optional and is not a condition of booking a class.

  • What you'll receive: a reminder about the free trial class you booked, with the class date and time.
  • Message frequency: low and transactional — about one message per booking (a single reminder, typically sent around 24 hours before your class).
  • Cost:Message and data rates may apply. ABADÁ-Capoeira OC does not charge you for these messages; charges come from your mobile carrier.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving reminders.
  • Help: reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
  • Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the information you give us.

Bookings and classes

Booking a free trial reserves a place in an upcoming class. Booking is free and carries no obligation to continue. Class times may occasionally change; if that affects your booking, we'll do our best to let you know.

Changes to these terms

If we change how any of this works, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
